I absolutely love the jar, however it did not come exactly as the picture, which is what I was hoping for. The lid is completely different than the one in the picture. If you can’t sell the item exactly as pictured then don’t sell it at all.

Not durable at all!

I accidentally dropped it for like a foot high and it completely broke. I can't believe how poor the quality of glass they made this with, it can't even survive that short drop. Pathetic!

Broken when got it

Very disappointed when we opened it. The jar is completely broken into pieces despite the how well they packaged it. I will be in touch with the support team and see how we can get this resolved.

We recieved the wrong item

We didn't get our glass cookie jar, we got something else instead

The glass got chipped

It arrived with dents and chipped areas of the glass. Because of the damage the jar does seal properly anymore. Hopefully we get a refund or replacement for this.
